Last week: the complete ecosystem. Five tools that work together.

Today: deep dive into the content engine.

Let me show you exactly how to set this up.

What You’re Building Today

By the end of this guide, you’ll have:

✓ AI Content plugin installed and configured
✓ First content pillar created (your template)
✓ 3 test articles generated
✓ Automated publishing schedule set
✓ System running on autopilot

Time investment: 2-3 hours today.

Ongoing time: 1-2 hours per week.

Let’s break it down step by step.

Step 1: Installation and API Setup

Download and Install

Download Grow More AI Content plugin (included in your package).

Go to: WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin

Select the ZIP file. Click Install Now. Click Activate.

Configure AI Provider

Navigate to: Grow More AI → Settings → AI Provider

You need an AI API key. Recommended: OpenAI (best quality).

Get OpenAI API Key:

  1. Go to platform.openai.com
  2. Sign up or log in
  3. Click your profile → View API keys
  4. Create new secret key
  5. Copy the key (starts with “sk-“)

Add to Plugin:

If successful: green checkmark appears.

Click Save Settings.

Done. Your AI is connected.

Cost Expectations

OpenAI charges per token (word).

Typical costs:

  • 1,500-word article: $0.03-0.08
  • 50 articles per month: $1.50-4.00
  • 100 articles per month: $3.00-8.00

Budget $20-40/month for moderate usage.

Compare to hiring writers: $100-300 per article.

Step 2: Create Your First Content Pillar

Content pillars are templates. You create them once. System uses them forever.

Think of them as recipes for content.

Go to: Grow More AI → Content Pillars → Add New

Pillar Anatomy

Every pillar has 5 key components.

1. Name

Descriptive internal name.

Example: “Beginner How-To Guides”

This helps you organize multiple pillars.

2. Topic/Brief

This is the most important field.

Tell the AI exactly what to write and how to write it.

Good brief template:

Write a comprehensive guide about {keyword} for [target audience].

Include:
- Step-by-step instructions
- Common mistakes to avoid
- Actionable frameworks
- Real examples

Tone: [Professional but approachable / Direct and tactical / etc.]

Target audience: [People making $0-10K/month who want to scale]

Structure:
- Introduction (problem identification)
- Main content (3-5 sections with H2 headings)
- Actionable steps
- Conclusion with clear next step

The {keyword} variable gets replaced with your seed keywords.

Example brief for affiliate marketing niche:

Write a comprehensive guide about {keyword} for entrepreneurs building online businesses.

Include:
- Step-by-step implementation instructions
- Common mistakes that waste time and money
- Frameworks they can use immediately
- Real examples with specific numbers

Tone: Professional but direct. No fluff. Every sentence must add value.

Target audience: People making $0-10K/month online who want proven systems to scale.

Structure:
- Introduction: Identify the problem and why it matters
- Main content: 3-5 actionable sections with clear H2 headings
- Implementation: Specific steps they can take today
- Conclusion: Clear next action and expected results

3. Seed Keywords

One keyword per line.

The AI rotates through these when generating articles.

Example for affiliate marketing niche:

email marketing strategies
funnel optimization techniques
lead generation systems
content marketing frameworks
conversion rate optimization
affiliate program selection
landing page design
social media automation
SEO content strategy
audience building tactics

Add 10-20 keywords minimum.

More keywords = more content variety.

4. FAQ Questions

Questions to include in FAQ section (schema markup for SEO).

One per line.

Example:

How long does this take to implement?
What tools do I need?
Can beginners do this?
What's the expected ROI timeline?
What if I don't have a technical background?

5. CTA Configuration

Which call-to-action to include in articles.

Select from CTAs you’ve created (we’ll cover this in a moment).

Example: “Join Our Newsletter” or “Get Free Guide”

Create Your First Pillar Now

Use the template above.

Customize for your niche.

Click Create Pillar.

You now have a content template that generates unlimited articles.

Step 3: Set Up CTAs

CTAs (calls-to-action) get naturally integrated into your articles.

Go to: Grow More AI → CTAs → Add New

CTA Fields:

Name: Internal reference (e.g., “Newsletter Signup”)

CTA Text: The actual call-to-action

Example:

Want more proven strategies delivered weekly? Join 10,000+ entrepreneurs getting actionable frameworks in their inbox every Monday.

Button Text: “Join Free Newsletter”

Button URL: Your signup page URL

Placement: Where in article (Beginning, Middle, End, or Multiple)

Create 2-3 CTAs:

  • Newsletter signup
  • Free resource download
  • Product/service link

Save each one.

Now assign them to your content pillars.

Step 4: Generate Your First Articles

Let’s test the system.

Go to: Grow More AI → Quick Generate

Select your pillar: Beginner How-To Guides

Choose keyword: email marketing strategies

Click Generate.

The AI produces a complete article:

  • 1,500-2,500 words
  • Proper H1/H2/H3 structure
  • Introduction, body, conclusion
  • FAQ section
  • Internal links (to your existing posts)
  • CTA naturally integrated
  • Meta description

This takes 2-4 minutes.

Review and Edit

Read through the article.

Most need minimal editing. Usually:

  • Verify facts are accurate
  • Add personal insights or examples
  • Check links work
  • Adjust tone if needed (rare)

Editing time: 10-15 minutes per article.

Publish

Click Publish or Save as Draft for review later.

Generate 2 more articles with different keywords.

This shows you the quality and variety.

Step 5: Set Up Automated Scheduling

Now automate the entire process.

Go to: Grow More AI → Scheduling

Enable Automated Posting: Toggle ON

Frequency: How often to publish

Options:

  • Daily
  • Every 2 days
  • Every 3 days
  • Weekly
  • Custom (specific days)

Recommendation: Start with 3 articles per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday).

Publishing Time: 9:00 AM (or your preferred time)

Active Pillars: Select which pillars to use

Start with your one pillar. Add more later.

Keyword Rotation: System automatically rotates through seed keywords

Status on Publish:

  • Publish immediately (auto-publish)
  • Draft for review (you review before publishing)

Recommendation: Start with Draft until you trust the quality. Then switch to Publish immediately.

Save Settings.

Your content engine is now automated.

Step 6: Create Additional Pillars

One pillar generates good content. Multiple pillars generate great variety.

Create 2-3 more pillars targeting different content types:

Pillar 2: Comparison Articles

Brief template:

Write a detailed comparison of {keyword} for people deciding between options.

Include:
- Feature-by-feature breakdown
- Pros and cons for each option
- Use cases (best for X situation)
- Pricing comparison
- Clear recommendation based on use case

Tone: Helpful and unbiased. Like a friend who's tested everything.

Seed keywords:

ClickUp vs Asana comparison
Shopify vs WooCommerce for beginners
ConvertKit vs Mailchimp features
best project management tools 2026

Pillar 3: Case Studies

Brief template:

Write a case study about {keyword} showing real results.

Include:
- Starting situation (the problem)
- What was implemented (the solution)
- Specific results with numbers
- Timeline (how long it took)
- Lessons learned
- How others can replicate

Tone: Story-driven but tactical. Focus on actionable insights.

Seed keywords:

scaling from 0 to 10K monthly revenue
building email list from scratch
launching first digital product
growing organic traffic case study

Now you have 3 pillars generating varied content.

Advanced Configuration

Once basics are working, optimize further.

Keyword Research Integration

Connect to keyword research APIs for data-driven content:

Go to: Grow More AI → Settings → Keyword Research

Supported APIs:

  • DataForSEO
  • SEMrush
  • Ahrefs

Add your API key.

System pulls:

  • Related keywords
  • Search volumes
  • Competition data

Uses this to inform content generation and keyword selection.

Multi-LLM Pipeline

Use different AI models for different tasks:

Generator: Creates initial content
Recommended: GPT-4o or Claude 3.5 Sonnet (highest quality)

Optimizer: Refines for SEO
Can use: GPT-3.5-turbo or Gemini (faster/cheaper)

This saves costs while maintaining quality.

Configure at: Grow More AI → Settings → AI Provider

Enable multiple providers. Assign to pillars.

Optimization Strategies

After 30 days of content, optimize based on data.

Strategy 1: Double Down on Winners

Check Google Search Console or analytics.

Identify articles ranking page 1 or driving traffic.

Create new pillar specifically for that topic cluster.

Generate 10-20 related articles.

Strategy 2: Internal Linking

AI Content includes internal links automatically.

But manually add strategic links:

  • High-traffic posts → Conversion pages
  • New posts → Established authority posts
  • Topic clusters → Pillar pages

Improves SEO and conversion flow.

Strategy 3: Update and Republish

After 90 days, top-performing articles may need updates.

Use AI to:

  • Add new information
  • Update statistics
  • Expand sections
  • Add FAQs

Republish with new date. Maintains rankings.

Strategy 4: Keyword Expansion

Seed keywords that rank well? Add 10 more related keywords.

Example: “email marketing strategies” ranks well?

Add:

  • email marketing automation
  • email sequence optimization
  • email list building tactics
  • email deliverability tips

More variations = more ranking opportunities.

Common Issues and Solutions

Issue: Content feels generic

Solution: Make your pillar briefs more specific. Add your unique angle. Include examples from your experience.

Issue: Articles too short

Solution: In pillar brief, specify word count. Example: “Write 2,000-2,500 word comprehensive guide…”

Issue: AI missed key points

Solution: List specific points to cover in pillar brief. Example: “Must include: [point 1], [point 2], [point 3]”

Issue: Wrong tone

Solution: Be more specific about tone in brief. Show examples. “Write in the style of: [paste example paragraph]”

Issue: No internal links

Solution: System links automatically to existing posts. If new site, add links manually in first 20 articles. AI learns from these.
