Step 1. Choose Your Program

Step 2. View Your Crypto Invoice

You’ll be redirected to a secure crypto invoice page that shows:

  • Exact amount to send
  • Supported coins (USDT / USDC)
  • Required blockchain network (e.g. Ethereum, Polygon)
  • A QR code and wallet address

Step 3. Send the Payment

  • Scan the QR code with your wallet, or
  • Copy & paste the wallet address into your crypto wallet.
  • Use the exact amount shown. Sending the wrong amount can delay access.

Step 4. Wait for Confirmation

  • The system will detect your payment on the blockchain.
  • Once confirmed, your purchase is completed.
  • You’ll receive access instructions automatically.

Tips for a Smooth Crypto Payment

✅ Match the coin & network

Make sure your wallet is sending the coin on the correct network (e.g., USDT on TRC-20 vs USDC on ERC-20). Wrong network = payment may fail.

✅ Use the exact amount

Deus X Pay invoices dynamically calculate the current crypto value; send only what’s shown.

✅ Include Memo/Tag if shown

Some networks (e.g., XRP, Stellar) require extra identifiers.

Common Issues & Fixes

Invoice Expired

Crypto invoices have a time limit.
➡️ Return to checkout and generate a new invoice.

Payment Sent, Not Confirmed

Blockchain confirmations can take a few minutes.
➡️ Wait 5–10 minutes depending on network traffic.

Sent Wrong Network or Wrong Amount

➡️ Contact Grow More support with:

  • Transaction ID (TXID)
  • Coin & network used
  • Wallet address
  • Screenshot of the attempt

The team can help verify and manually confirm if needed.
